Task
In this WebQuest, you will learn about four types of genres. You will learn the elements of the following genres: fairy tales, fables, fantasies, and mysteries. As a class we are going to study genres like we never have before. Knowing how to categorize stories by genre is important. After studying the different genres in small groups you will become an expert in understanding the elements of the four genres. Then, you will be asked to choose one of the genres you have studied and write a short story using that genre. Your story will be turned into a digital story and it will be displayed at our Spring Parent Night.
